Hi everyone! I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in the cosmetic industry since 2017, I absolutely love this field, starting off in plastic surgery and moving to lasers and injectables I have gained a wealth of knowledge and love to share skin care regimes and products!
I am married to an amazing man, and have been living the military life since 2016. An unpredictable life filled with chaos and adventure. We have a rambunctious little boy that is full of life. We are currently stationed in Germany!
Traveling and adventure is a huge part of my family’s life, and I hope to share our adventures with you, especially while we are stationed in Europe!
I have started this blogging journey hoping to help military mothers of little ones. Navigating the turbulent waters of balancing the military life, motherhood and a career, while finding joy in life.

- I am an IRONMAN! I completed my first and only Ironman in Santa Rosa California May, 2019.
- I have been playing violin since I was 6 years old, and continue playing as a hobby.
- I love spending time in the outdoors.
